Top Female Athletes Play a Round of ‘Never Have I Ever’

The chase for perfection in youth sports is strong. Studies suggest that it's rising in youth sports. Perfectionism can lead to the fear of failure when there is great value in learning to fail. This fear of failure can cause youth athletes to overcompensate, causing them to lose focus, and possibly play worse.

Now more than ever, it's important to slow down and take care of our mental health. Take a moment to laugh it off, reposition and figure out how to move forward.

Think you're the only one who forgets their uniform on the bus? Or how about giving yourself a pep talk in the mirror? Or the dreaded - 'ignore a call from your coach' to get out of practice? Guess what - some of our favorite female athletes have!

In honor of International Women's Day on March 8th, dive as some of our top female athletes A’ja Wilson, Emma Coburn, Nia Ali, and Maggie Steffens as they play a round of 'Never Have I Ever' with On Her Turf.
