Wrestling

Wrestling is one of the oldest forms of physical prowess in the history of civilization. It requires strength to overpower your opponent, stamina to wear them down, and technique to hold them in submission. As a sport, wrestling can appear in many forms, including freestyle, Greco-Roman, and folkstyle—in both folkstyle and freestyle, you can execute takedowns by either shooting or throwing, but in Greco-Roman, you can only do takedowns by attacking your opponent’s upper body.
