The main thing that goes through my mind is that I know how to do it just need to prove it. Last year Lucie Colebeck became British tumbling champion before winning a sensational bronze medal at the 2017 World Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria. In less than two weeks Lucie will be back, hoping to defend her British title at Arena Birmingham. We caught up with Lucie ahead of the Championships as she gives us her five tumbling top tips. 1. TRAINING REGIME "A typical training session tends to be broken up into three different sections. We start off with a warm up consisting of pulse raisers and a head to toe stretch. We then do our track training, this will be between an hour and an hour and a half. Finally, we do rebound training whether this be trampoline training or fast track.
