As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to empower girls through these three key pillars: physical activity and sport, mental health and well-being, and mentorship from strong female role models.Through partnerships with communities, volunteers, universities, and athletes across the country, we provide programming that’s rooted in our guiding motto: Strong bodies. Kind hearts. Unstoppable minds. One of our flagship programs, Strong Girls U, pairs female college athletes with underserved girls in their local communities for coaching, mentorship, and events that foster strength and confidence. With over 800 college athletes and 2,300+ K-12th grade participants across 22 colleges, we’re building a nationwide network of empowered young women. You can watch our NBC Today Show feature to learn more about the impact we’re making: How This Nonprofit is Empowering Young Girls. In honor of National Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD), we’re proud to support college female athletes as they host events and dedication games in their communities.
