Our club runs several seasonal leagues, youth development programs, camps/clinics and club teams so I observe and work with a variety of volleyball athletes. Over the past couple of years I have noticed a growing trend among our youth, which is a lack of ambition. As a child I remember repeatadly hearing "you can do anything you put your mind to."
